![]() so do green weapon crates, and funnily enough they never get checked and there is lots of them on reserve. i mean really that have a pretty ok loot pool. (even though they take like nearly a min each to fully open and it feels like a huge time waste) a couple lcds and flash drives can really boost profits. Just remember when it all seems picked clean, check the filing cabinets. there is simply enough places that it cant be all looted and if you have a big enough bag and enough time you will get your money. The reason i like reserve even now that the lose loot has been nerfed (swear locked room as pretty deece still) is that i scav in and there is probably 4-6 other pscavs on that map and however many pmc's still left and i still make 300-500k on a bad run and more on a good run. if you have to share that with potentially 9 other players (unless you kill them all) it quickly becomes 200-300k average and you suddenly realise its not worth it at all after you find the 4th or 5th place that has already been picked clean. The problem i have found with woods is that there is indeed 2-3 mil of loot on it pretty consistently, but the reason you can leave with it is because nobody else is looting the map. However Labs is definitely the very best map out there.Īs for Lighthouse, I'm predicting it's going to take either Shoreline's or Reserve's place, it looks like it's going to be a kind of "high level" map or "high risk, high reward" map the same way Reserve was when it came out. Interchange has been quite disappointing for me lately as well, great for PvP though. I'd argue that Shoreline has more reliant loot but it's not as exciting to play.įactory, Customs & Woods are simply not comparable in terms of loot, they're weaker. Still a great map to make money, it's just more difficult. Now, if you really want loot on Reserve, you've got to look around for it (as a scav player, and to some extend, as a PMC), PvP (as a scav player or PMC) or fight Raiders / Glukhar (as a PMC). So considering all of this, I believe that what BSG thought was that there was too much loot laying around, that we should "earn" the loot. To be fair Reserve had a lot of loot to being with, and that's without considering the possibility of Raiders & Glukhar being on the map.Īs a scav player, Reserve was basically free money. Is Reserve still good, or has it been nerfed pretty substancially?Īs it is my most played map ever since it came out, I can tell you the loot is definitely worse. But, when you consider that the most difficult boss and his minions are on the map, and that it has the most difficult extracts, it makes you start to question if its actually worth it.Įspecially when you consider something like Interchange where there are a fuck load of tech stores with potential Tetriz and GPU spots, the medical supply stores with LEDX, or the building materials along the back that go for a pretty penny. So, all things considered, there is pretty good loot on the map. The marked rooms are pretty terrible in my experience as of this wipe. The hermetic door underground can be good, but you're kind of mercy at the RNG gods on whats in the technical crates, even though there aren't that many. The other dorms have good loot, but they're locked behind locks. King can be good, but you have to be quick to it, and even then theres no guarantee it will actually have that much loot. ![]() Now, I feel like its pretty average, if not on the weaker end for how difficult the map can be.īlack Pawn is still good for the drop down room, but the loose loot was heavily nerfed there. I've been playing for a few wipes now, and I remember Reserve being godlike in terms of loot. Moderator decisions are final, please respect the moderator team and their actions.
